Hello community, I have an Alienware M11xR2, with an Intel Core i5 CPU U 520 @ 1.07GHz, 8gb of ram and an NVIDIA GeForce GT 335M.
Attempting a "Can You Run It" scan I pass minimum rquirements but for some reason I am only getting roughtly 3FPS according to Razer Game Booster.
I've attempted that, using SKSE, and several different mods to attempt to speed up my game but nothing has worked, I recall having this similar problem earlier last year when trying to play but the fix was something such as a ENB or something else I cannot remember but Also I do not contain any of the old files other than my saves from that fix, I had to reformat my computer a few months ago.
I'll post a link to a full CPU Z report for those who care to read the full specs information.

Are you running any mods other then those mods you tried to speed up your game?

Personally I've never found any so-called "Game boosters" very reliable. I recommend using the Skyrim Performance Monitor instead.

If you're still getting only about 3 FPS or get massive framerate drops/stuttering, etc. you should try lowering your graphics settings.

Don't know what you read about ENB's but you shouldn't use them (yet). ENB's WILL hurt your performance quite a bit.

Also, SKSE is a Script extending executable. Essential for use with many, many mods, but it won't affect your performance in any way.

As a quick update i found http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/42468 which following the instructions and using this mod made it so I had complete working skyrim again, I had to change the HudTransparency from 0.0 to 1.0 to get that back but other than that it worked smoothly and wonderfully

Also to answer your questions for archival purposes/to help anyone else out in the future:
No, I was not running any other mods, id even disabled the DLCs.

I had my graphics settings at the lowest possible setting and nothing worked until I found the link above.

Is that the i5 520U processor? That's an 'ultra-low' power precessor.... I am surprised that it will run the game at all..... and in an alienware machine? Really?????
