LOD for interiors how to

I know that I can enable LOD for interiors. But how do I set it up properly? So that the Coordinates work properly

I tried placing an xmarker in the world and using its coordinates but the LOD is still wrong by miles.

And always stays in the same place no matter what coordinates I use

Note that it says "offset". I'm not really sure what's the exact math, but you can get to an approximate offset by reversing the coordinates, if coordinates are x=1000 y=-500, the offset would be x=-1000 y=500.

From there you can keep adding and subtracting small amounts until it is good enough.

Did you try reloading the render window with F5?

1. Yes I swapped - and + multiple times

2. I even restarted the CK, no changes

I uploaded the file here: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/45691

It's called Castle Apartment and found under Optional Files.

Only contains a marker and a empty cell set with the coordinates if anyone is nice enough to take a look.

You'll get a huge thanks in the mods comments should I publish it

After some testing, I've found out what does the trick, you need to apply a "Lod Clip Volume". Then it starts working, the offsets are indeed the opposite values of the coordinates, or at least it seems. Judge by yourself:

Don't forget the north marker, so your LOD will be oriented properly (and the compass will work right).

Aligning the LOD is a major PITA as well. You can somewhat "game the system" by grabbing stuff and moving it around after the LOD has been added.
