Elmore2070 Posted November 16, 2013 Share Posted November 16, 2013 In most books, films etc it seems that mages and wizards use one staff to cast all of their spells, so why not in Skyrim?I have, for a while now, been looking for a staff mod that casts a random/selected spell. One that can be used as a mage's all purpose magical weapon. It would be a little overpowered to have a staff that could cast all spells in the game straight away. Maybe you would have to know the spell already, or have to buy an enhancement to cast the different grades of spells - unlocked by attaining the skill level at which the respective tomes appear in vendors' lists. It would make a lot lot of sense to limit these staffs to one element, and to be very hard to get.I know that this would most likely require SKSE in which case there could be a bind-able key to switch between different known spell/random ones.
