To get a worse experience in return? The service should be, and is, useable to all users regardless of whether or not they pay for Premium. Except when there is a error that affects all users. When you pay for Premium you should expect that you will get what you pay for and that does not include "the service will work for me even when it's broken for others" and it does not include "I have more right to complain because I paid". When the service is not working it will be fixed for all users as quickly as they can manage. Pulling the "I'm a Premium Subscriber" card is the same as saying "do you have any idea who I am?"
