Cant get into my account and getting no communications from NEXUS

I had stepped away from modding for over a year. During that time My ISP got bought out twice. They were MetroCast then Atlantic Broadband then recently they became Breezeline and they really suck now but I digress.

The biggest problem I have now is that I can no longer access my old email. It was an @Va.Metrocast address that was "Grandfathered" when they changed to Atlantic Broadband. I called them several tomes waiting on hold for hours each time just to be told that there is no way to recover my old email address.

Also, during this time that I have been away from Modding I have gotten a new Phone and a new wireless provider. I never updated this information on Nexus as I was not using Nexus at the time.

However, I want to get back into Modding Skyrim and can get into my account at Nexus. I have the login and Password correct but they want to authenticate with a text or email as I had not logged in is so long.

Problem is I can't get either from them as my account still contains my old email and my old phone number. I have left numerous emails to Nexus contact, but all I have received is 1 email several days ago saying someone would contact me soon. How long is soon?

I really would like to get my old account back as I am an OG member of Nexus from when they had Lifetime Memberships that I purchased. Maybe that's why they are not contacting me ;) We OG lifetime members don't bring them any money.

 

Does anybody have an idea on how to get my account back. I have looked for my original receipt and cannot find it. If someone from NEXUS would please contact me I'm sure I can prove I am originally Member: mcdanielsk

Hello, you only emailed the support address last night (Saturday) at 7.40pm, so not "several days ago". At that time, you received an automated response letting you know someone from the support team would get back to you soon and what our working hours are. The email states "Our business hours are 09:00 - 17:00 (GMT), Monday to Friday". You then emailed the support address again at 00.40am today, Sunday morning and then again this evening, at 8pm, claiming that support was "ghosting" you even though you were told in the first automated response what our business hours are.

 

Be patient.

If you cannot provide anything from what is listed on that page then it is very likely you will not be able to gain access to your old account.

My apologies, my recollection was that I posted originally on Friday night. I also did not notice the posted hours of operation.

I appreciate that you have responded. I now know that you all will look into it and that I did not just get an automated response.

I will stand by patiently. Again, my apologies.
