Help! Game Keeps Crashing

I'll be walking and the game randomly crashes after about 5 minutes, sending me to the desktop. Boss didn't pick up any errors, not sure why it's crashing. I also have the 4gb patch.
- I have windows 10
- I use OBMM, Wrye Bash and Boss
- I also use an ENB and bashed my patch with default settings

I see you have two Better Cities .esp files active: Better Cities.esp and Better Cities FULL.esp. I don't play with Better Cities but should you have both of those files active at once?

Yes, BC.esp is the core file and BC full are the cities merged into one file.

Have you tried Oblivion Stutter Remover? There are a bunch of different versions out there, you can try some and see if they help.
