landonaaronp
Okay I have a problem with mountain ranges in the game where when I am about 500 feet or so from them they are all stretched out towards the sky and just messed up looking. But as I approach further towards them they slowly shrink back down towards the ground and look normal again. It happens all over the place. Anyway if anyone has experienced this problem with the terrain and more importantly knows how to fix I would be much obliged. I have uploaded a picture to get a better idea of what I am talking about.
bjornl
I suggest you check your load order for conflicts with FNVEdit. Check how many mods you have (max 139). Make sure you don't have any 'modXYZ ALL DLC.esp' and also 'modXYZ NO DLC.esp' issues. If the above does not clear it up, try uninstalling a few mods at a time to see what is causing the issue. landonaaronp
Thanks for your reply. It has happened for as long as I can remember, even before I installed any mods, and I have always used the FNVEdit to create merged patches. I went ahead and disabled every mod and ran the game just to be sure and it still happens even with all mods disabled. I think it must be something to do with the graphics settings, and view distance or something, I just don't know what. I was hoping someone else had seen this before and knew what to do to fix it.
