modding outside cyrodiil

Anyone know of any mods that add new stuff outside of the borders? ...towns? ...caves ...ruins, anything? I know there are big ones like Silgrad tower, I think. But like usual they are always incomplete... big mods rarely ever get done... or even close it seems.

 

so if people could name a couple that would be great, I tried doing searches all morning but keep coming up with stupid mods to take away your borders (why youd need a mod to do that I dunno...)

 

 

I think the team doing the Silgrad one is doing others too, but I think they are even less done than Silgrad. They look AMAZING ...but I only hope they come through, must be an enormous amount of work.

I know one adds a store to out side the boarders, I cannot recall the name of it, I do believe its for the female characters though. I also remember seeing a handful of house mods that are outside the boarder.

Several of the Unique Landscapes mods spread beyond the borders. I don't know if any of them add anything you can actually enter and explore, though.

if you search for borderless cyordiil, you'll find a mod that removes the invisible border around the province, and Total Tamriel creates height maps for the entire world, though they are fairly empty unless you get a mod like skyrim for total tamriel

It's too bad The Lands of Solstheim-Vvardenfell-Mournhold don't add to the map. Anyone know if this mod is dead?
