I'm actually planning to make a Conway's Game of Life room. It wasn't meant to be a puzzle of any kind, but it very easily could be adapted to be. I think the bigger problem when it comes to puzzles would be hooking them into the base game. But if only certain types of dungeons were focused on, it might be doable.

 

Fable style Flit Switches

Something to do with the constellations (I always thought they were underutilized)

Mirror puzzle reflecting a beam

A maze of doors whose destinations change
