Spelling Checker

By no means a big deal, but a spelling checker is good for mistyping, is there any way to change it from American English to English?

I see alot of mistakes that aren't mistakes if you are in Australia, U.K., New Zealand, and a few other countries as well.

eg. This is how we spell realise and armour in Aus, not realize and armor :)

He means the forums since it uses American spelling.

Armor/Armour

I don't even know which country uses sofa and couch. I use both depending on the sentence.

"A nice, relaxing sofa to snuggle into.".

"I need a better couch.".

My brain uses sofa or couch depending on the feel of the sentence. Lmao

Lol it's a very slight case of OCD seeing mistakes everywhere highlighted red that aren't mistakes, forcing me to go and 'correct' them to actually being incorrect to myself

It's a couch here, a trailer is called a caravan, that's just 2, I could punch out a huge list of differences but I won't

May as well ask whilst I'm at it, as I wonder, one of my favourite television shows from the U.S. is Forged in Fire, when anyone refers to a Bowie knife it comes out as Boo-Wee as opposed to Bo-Wee, is that just the accent or are they actually saying Boo-Wee

EDIT just answered this myself by saying it, it's the accent.

I didn't even realize there was a spell-checker in the forums. All the highlighting of spelling errors I get are done by my browser, so I have to change the language settings in it.

Is the spelling checker something you have to activate, or is it automatic?

Are you sure it's the forum software and not your browser? Changing the language options is pretty easy in Edge, at least, but I have no idea how you could change something on the forums.
