Pickysaurus Posted November 14, 2022 Share Posted November 14, 2022 Moved to the correct forum. Based on your results it would appear that your ISP is limiting your speed. We see this fairly frequently with US-based ISPs when users report issues. You can try reporting it to Spectrum or perhaps try a VPN to see if that improves the speed.
