I'm having this problem after my D: drive (which used to contain my Steam library) failed and I had to move Steam library to C.

 

I looked in the Dashboard under Tools but there's only one listed called "Official Launcher" and if I click the three dots all of the paths in it are already correct.

 

Where is Vortex getting the path to the Steam Library, and how to I change that path? If it's stored in a "tool", is there something I need to do to make that tool visible?

 

EDIT: The above post implies the tools only apply to the currently selected game (in my case Mount & Blade II), but I need the tools for ... the part of Vortex that tries to scan my Steam library so I can tell it there's no longer a Steam library folder on the D: drive. I have no idea if that makes the problem clearer or more opaque, sorry.
