alpav Posted November 23, 2013 Posted November 23, 2013 Just like the title suggests, is it possible to undo a disable command? I disabled some things in an interior and would wish to re-enable them. I don't see why it shouldn't be possible as the items are technically still in the cell, just invisible.
CookieDynamics Posted November 23, 2013 Posted November 23, 2013 If you remember their reference code, I'm almost sure you can type: xxxxxxx.enable (where "xxxxxx" is the reference code) to re-enable the object. Keep in mind that this code is not the one you use to spawn a new one.... but rather the code that appears when you click on the object with the console-window opened. ------ PS: A corollary of what I just said is that you can easily undo your "disable" command on recently-disabled objects by simply typing "enable" before clicking on other objects, since the recently-disabled object will still be referenced (clicked)
alpav Posted November 23, 2013 Author Posted November 23, 2013 Problem is that I disabled them a while back and no longer know the reference codes.
myztikrice Posted November 24, 2013 Posted November 24, 2013 You can try waiting for 31 days outside to get the cells to reset, and then typing in pcb in the console to purge the cell buffers. I had the same thing happen to me where I accidentally deleted part of the floor in the Archmage's Quarters, and then later on it re-appeared again. I'm not sure if it was the same save or a different character, but I think it was the same save.
alpav Posted November 24, 2013 Author Posted November 24, 2013 I'll try that. Does it have to be 31 days?
