Phoynix
The Geck doesnt let you do this, any effect with an area cant be selected for a weapon effect, however you can edit it in with hex. However the game doesnt like it and crashes upon shooting and hitting someone. My Idea is simple, a Cascade rifle and grenade.IF you shoot someone and kill them by critical they explode, if that explosion kills anyone they explode and so on causing a domino effect. any chance you can do this by script that works for everyone not just the player? K00L
I'm sure there is some way to do this, it'll probably take alot of work though. Have you tried looking at places like these yet? New to GECK & Modding? Look Here Please., Links, Links, Links... http://geck.bethsoft.com/index.php/Main_Page http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=61 There are some websites talking about the GECKand modding. Good luck making your mod. And I know that the first link is for new people but it can still help sometimes.
BadPenney
Missiles, grenades and mines all do area effect damage. You could modify the destruction data for NPCs and make them explode like a nuke if you wanted. It is an option in their object window like most all objects. Scroll to the far right to see it. You can choose at what level of health that you want them to blow, but I don't know how you could make it happen only on a critical attack. TGBlank
*facepalm* Look at the projectile... place the explosion at the projectile... For cascade effect, give an enchant to the explosion that placeatme explosion if the foe dies.
