I have access to a massive data base and am conducting a search for this source file (Black Rock Shooter) and it's authors name, possible an E-mail address to give to you if I can locate anything, I will send you the address VIA PM here.

Query : does the author of that screen shot have that armor now?

EDIT: Based on research Primarily only 1rst time around, this armor appears to have been a rip. I can say this due to what I found on Google. I can be wrong here, but in comparing shot on the nexus you posted to the search result here:

and going deeper into it, it looks like the data came from another game. Copy rights were assigned to it, a Japanese game. Not sure what legal action was taken if any. OR if the data was made from scratch as we have no access to it.

the search shows a possible infringement was made, ergo no files here. Cotw does not contain the data either, though I have at one some time; come across it in another mod, so the data is still here on the nexus in some other mod but is not listed. there is a mod that places a vault / sewer outlet just outside vault 101 near the road way, in there are some kids, these kids are in rags, the mod page had links to armors that dolled up the kids and the Black Rock shooter was one of those outfits. I do not know if it's the same as you seek.

 

If it is infringed, I would refrain from trying to obtain such a thing, If not, the author may come forward. But I am done here with the searches I see enough reason to stop. sorry I could not help here.

I don't really have a specific mod in mind, just a type of mod. I'm looking for a mod like the Shrapnel weapon mod from FalloutNV. I'm having trouble with FWE-Combat Overhaul, so I'm looking for alternatives. Thanks.

Hey guys can you help me out if theres a mod that continues game-world time while still in dialogue.

Like accessing dialogue menus won't pause the game from continuing around you. it might not be possible, as it it might be part of the game engine. but I'm curious if anyone has made a mod like that or not.
