How do you get the textures for these hairs to work..?

 

I think Im gonna have to reinstall the game without that hideous 1.5 patch. >.<

I'll answer the hair question here.

 

Most of those hair are ported from Sims2. You need the original author's permission to redistribute it. So until permission is given, it is not available to download. Some of the mod authors never give permission, don't speak English or are just missing (or all of the above). Port it youself if you really want it, because it is unlikely we'll ever get permission.

What confuses me though, is that there is both hair textures and models that Dim has available. Sarem hair has a bunch of models, and some textures. And apparently a bunch of other people have them working Ive noticed... by poking around and looking at other authors pics.

 

Hah! It was 1.5 that was buggering the game... I reinstalled, put in 1.3, used FOSE, the fake patch, and the unofficial patch and BAM! the hair textures work now. :D

is there a mod that STOP npc from looting weapons? i really is getting annoying to see my soldiers dropping their tactical gear to pick up a revolver

Hey guys. A while ago I saw an upload on the nexus, something along the lines of Brotherhood Burnmaster Armor or something like that.

The author made retextured the Enclave Hellfire Armor and gave it the name Burnmaster Armor, less sinister I guess lol.

 

I wanted to dl it but I had to leave for work and forgot all about it.

I been lookin for a mod that converts the standard small arms to real looking guns. I have seen mods that add new weapons, but I just havent found one that converts all of them. There isnt anthing called real guns as far as mods go...are there any?

 

and if this is the wrong spot Im sorry, There needs to be a clearly marked thread where people can ask if a mod exists.

Hello!

 

Saw a nice mod a few weeks ago in a video (I don't remember where or which). It was some kind of mod to the pip-boy. You could put weapons on the numbers 1 - 5 (I think) on the keyboard, just so you wouldn't need to open up the pip-boy everytime you wanted to switch weapon.

You just had to press for example number two to quickly switch to the weapon you put there.

its not a mod ;)

just go into your pipboy and hit`n`hold a number key (not numpad)

then select the item you want to hotkey to it...

its not a mod ;)

just go into your pipboy and hit`n`hold a number key (not numpad)
