ghstrdr2k
I tried to delete the files and then redo everything, but still no luck. The textures are set to large.
TGBlank
Tried other pipboy mods to see if they fail too?. Have you installed anything else that modifies the pipboy's model in the past?
Deleted54170User
Whats the mod name of the pipboy changer that you are using? I just looked at my computer folders settings. This is where the Pipboy3000 UI I found here at Nexus Mods places them. The files are in my Programs Files (x86) folder...Textures\interface\icons\pipboyimages ...And another folder "pipboyimages_small is in the icons folder too. The dds files should all be in the correct folders for the look of the Pipboy and the small pictures displayed.

Deleted54170User
So are you saying that the .dds files need to go in the pipboyimages folder? Correct! I may be using a different Pipboy plugin than you are. What is the name of the plugin mod you are trying to get to work? Does it change the look of the Pipboys faceplate, or, the text and images in the viewing area on the pipboy 3000 screen display? If the Mod you are using doesn't have a text file, usually a Readme.txt, with instructions on how to install the mod, than you will have to figure out which dds files go in the pipboyimages and which go into the pipboyimages_small on your own. What is the name of the plugin you have installed and does the author give you detailed instructions on where to install the files in a "Readme" along with the plugins other files? Deleted54170User
The version I suspect you are talking about is Black-Ops Pipboy. There are two folders in the plugin. Interface and Pipboy3000. Both of them go into the texture folder. If you have put them there and nothing changes when you play the game and hit the, "Tab" button to bring up the Pipboy 3000, then I recommend you PM the author. I also suggest you mention to the author that there is no Readme included with the plugin. The Readme page helps noobs and middle of the road mod users get things set up in the correct areas, that the author knows is where the folders and files should be, because they are on the authors computer there. ghstrdr2k
Thanks for all your help, the textures just started working out of the blue. They were not working before and I started up the game and was working. The only thing I did different this time was loaded the game using the mouse and keyboard rather than starting the game with my x360 controller connected. I figured maybe it was something to do with the 360 controller. Maybe that was it because it seems to be working now.
