Vortex will not run FOMOD Installers for Cyberpunk 2077, instead installing all archives with no option to select

Game: Cyberpunk 2077, GOG

OS: Windows 10 Pro

 

I recently updated Vortex and all my mods to do a post 1.6 Cyberpunk playthrough. When I try to install mods, the FOMOD installer where you select options no longer launches. Instead, Vortex installs all of the archives, and gives me a message saying "Mod Installed But May Need Manual Adjustment". Screenshot is attached. I have not changed any of the default options. Cyberpunk is the only game I use Vortex to mod. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program. This is happening with all mods that have FOMOD installers. Any ideas on how I can fix this? I'd rather not need to manually install all of these mods.

This may have been intended as FOMOD installs don't play nice with the REDmod load order IIRC.
