Petty7
I'm fixing all the bugs I can in my 1000+ mods game, but I need help for this. I use ASLAL and when I choose the vanilla start there are 2 problems in the opening scene: #1 - Some weird mesh bug in Lokir, as you can see in this screenshot. #2 - When the carriage has arrived to its destination, my character gets off the car, makes a random turn and start walking straight indefinitely (colliding with the walls and other obstacles, I don't have control), instead of standing before Hadvar. Any help is welcome, thanks. Edited December 13, 2022 by Petty7
SinopharmINTL
Actually if you load too many mods with scripts, the vanilla start is not recommended. There will be many bugs for example the carriage may just turn over or the door does not open, ect. This will depend on the mod that you add. It's just my own advice that since you have ASLAL, pick an alternative start, not the vanilla.
showler
That shouldn't be an issue. All those scripts should fire while you are in the starting cell before you choose your start so the LAL vanilla start should be as safe as any other LAL start
Petty7
I wait until all the mod messages in the top-left corner of the screen are gone, then go to bed to start the game. But that's not enough, probably the only solution is to remove some mods. Or it can be a mod conflict that I can't find. Anyway, I'm happy with my game now and I don't want to damage it doing too deep troubleshooting, so I guess I better ignore the vanilla start for now, unless someone have a better idea. 7531Leonidas
A conflict between body mods and outfit mods can cause this problem.
Petty7
A conflict between body mods and outfit mods can cause this problem. I removed a custom male clothing replacer mod and that fixed bug #1, thank you! Edited December 16, 2022 by Petty7
