Deleted54170User
I found that happened about 2/3rds of the way through my game too. Both Moriarty and the Water plant guy. Also the Sherif. You could trade those scraps with a guy at the Museum of History for Stimpacks, RadAway, and RadX.
Understandable
Thanks for the reply, i will have to do this if its my only option, have not been to the museum of history yet. I hope this don't happen again for NPCs that gives quests, lots of places i haven't visited yet so if someone is missing i wouldn't know.
Craigsters
Walter is the guy from Megaton that buys scrap metal, the reason why he goes missing is because he fall's off the railing where he leans and has a smoke outside near the water building in megaton, there's a mod you can download that makes Walter Essential, he Never Dies and is always there to buy scrap metal!.. overload1977
why are you using v 1.0.0.15 ??? btw
Deleted54170User
I am using it too. When I used the 1.4.xxx. my Vista Ultimate turned Fallout 3 into a nightmare. The Data space in Fallout 3 launcher was erased of all the mods I had listed and only showed the Fallout3.esm after I installed Patch v1.4.xx.. Why?Is there a reason for upgrading to those patches that would really benefit my game play? I really prefer to have the day and night visions of the game strewn across my mind, rather then the hang ups: ctds, BSoD's, and Oops signs that occur because Vista Software has acquired something that wants my computer to push the button, you know the one, "That one which reports the crash so they can tell me if there is another patch to keep it from crashing."
