Not all sites keep their subscribers so updated on the state of the problem. Thanks for that. I know how frustrating go-live's can be. Thanks for the hard work and dedication. I can understand how not only how frustrating doing this type of stuff is, but then to deal with all the silly people whinging about the slow site or not being able to log in. Keep up the good work!
