Manual downloads don't have metadata. Same issue. Everyone who is anyone is already using Mod Organizer.

Don't. MO stores mods separately to allow profile functionality. It will not play nice with your stuff already in the data files folder. Edited by redslime

Part of me wants them to take their time to make sure that everything is running ok, but the other part of me wants NMM to be back up and running. I've been getting a lot of skyrim CTDs lately and I'm new to modding so I'm not nearly smart enough to figure everything out on my own, what with manual installs and the like...

It's still being worked on and it'll be done when it's done.

some of us see no reason to why it needs to be updated in the first place.... so that whole "itll be done when its done" is quite irritating to say the least...

I think this might all be my fault. I hadn't used the NMM in a while then suddenly had the urge to reinstall Skyrim. I want to get some character creation mods, and as such, I can't (won't) start the game until I can get one, and I'm about as skilled in modding as my dead grandmother, so there goes manual install. In short, this is all caused by the universe hating me over some past transgression. I apologize.

On another note, I'm amazed by how much work y'all are putting into fixing this. I knew that you make money off this gig, but goddamn. If what Dark0ne said's the truth, and you guys are doing that consistently, holy f*#@ that's some commitment.

Just curious.  People say you can still download mods manually?  Is this just for Premium members?  To DL mods > 2 MB I have to be logged in which i can't do at the moment.

OK.  Im not talking about NMM.  Im talking about the nexus website.  I CANT manually DL mods that are greater than 2 MB in size.  I wanted to DL deadly dragons, but I havent been able to login to the website for the past 2 days.   I know how to login in offline mod in NMM im not stupid.  I've been modding FNV, F3, and SKyrim for years.  I know about the manual DL links.  I wasn't able to login to the website all day.  It's working now thanks.
