Vortex: "failed with status 500"

Good news, it's not.

 

It's something with my account specifically. I just tried checking for mods updates using a different account and it works fine.

 

So now what do you suggest?

 

I did an API key refresh to see if that would fix it; it didn't.

 

And I just tested it through the API hub and it returns the same 500 error. So it's not my pc and it's not Vortex.

Thanks, I'll see if I can get one of our web team to check your endorsement data.

 

I'm guessing your endorsement data is corrupt somehow.

I've raised the ticket, but there's been a lot of high priority work that needs to be done so they haven't had a chance to look at this yet. I will keep poking the team.

We're aware, sorry it's taking so long. The root cause of the issue hasn't been tracked down yet. I'll see if I can get some movement on this soon.

I take it still no news? Issue still persist. Its funny that only 2 people in the whole nexus community have it.

 

Is there an alternative solution, like for example for the time being having our premium membership in another account?
