Help!

Umm, guys, I need some help here. Although technically not a mod fault, not even sure it could be a mod, I have run into an issue with the gameplay. After completing the initial opening segment of Vault 111, I proceeded to Sanctuary Hills, then onto Concord. Ok, game runs fine, all mods seem fine, so I restart a new game. I go into my users\documents folder for Fallout 4 and delete all files within. Start up F4 again with all the same mods, no changes, complete Vault 111, but after you exit the vault, I cannot move, I can spin around but not move or open up the pipboy, nothing. Does anyone know what's causing this issue???

I tried the console command without much success, so I disabled the mods, started the game back up at the exit point from vault 111, ascended the lift, saved after I left the platform, enabled all mods, had movement for about 3 secs before CTD happened. I checked my mods again, 2 of them require me to make adjustments to my INI files, probably need to delete these mods as this seems to be the issue, yet the mods themselves are only cosmetic, Crows and Creatures collection and CC's Improved Vanilla Holotapes.

 

***UPDATE***

 

Not the cosmetic mods that are causing the non movement. I started a new game with both mods deleted, as before, all files from the fallout 4 folder was deleted, still no movement? Cannot think what is causing this error, as i said before, no mods had been added, all I did was restart a new game.

A script is misfiring. Quite likely a mod conflict.... any mods that change Vault 111? Or the early game?

 

Could fire up xEdit, load all your mods, and see where the conflicts are...

Lol, loaded up xEdit, tons of conflicts, loads of greens, yellow and my wife tells me pink (I am colourblind). So upon loading xEdit and tons of conflicts, this is confusing, maybe just uninstall all mods and play vanilla playthrough once again.

Ok, so here is what I am doing. I deleted all my mods, installing one by one and then running xEdit, no conflicts, download the next one, going to be a long process as I have no idea on what I am supposed to do with xEdit. As soon as a conflict arises, then I will try to fix the problem (highly unlikely from my end) but it will teach me on how to use xEdit

Ok, Installing all the mods again, the very first error I get is from the Unofficial Patch?

 

Cannot add a pic of the error.

 

I do use Valdacil's Sorting mod, when activated, it clears most of the errors, when i deactivate Valdacil's, I get a whole bunch of errors. Now i am assuming the ones in red (dark colour) are the ones causing issues. If so, the first issue and most of them are for items in the game, nothing to do with movement?

Well after deleting every mod and playing it mod by mod the game works, yet when i start a new game, no movement as soon as i leave the vault

Yes, brand new character setup. I deleted all files from the Fallout 4 folder and restarted anew. I even uninstalled the game and redownloaded from Steam hoping that would fix it, but nope. I will get my load list to you, but i run around 220 mods. I went through them all and none of the mods have anything to do with movement. I did play for about 20hrs before i decided to restart, so no changes where made, just a new game from scratch, but this time no movement upon exiting the vault.
