Either he means a superman type effect, where you can attack people by shooting lasers out of your eyes with different magic elements (fire, frost, lightning, etc), or he means some sort of glowing eye's mod where you can choose the color/look of the eyes. But with more variety effects, for example the eyelander has the fire, why not make it so you can have lightning coming out of you eye's. Hope this helps. I can probably do the glowing eyes effect but the heat vision and xray vision, idk bout that. I got a final in two days tho so do not expect anything soon.
