Gramcracker21
Hello, I have been trying to buy the premium plan on nexus but every time I enter my card information it tells me "Credit card verification failed. Please check your information and try again." I have double checked using my card elsewhere and my card is definitely not the problem, nor does it have a limit. I also do not expect it would lock up over $4 anyways. I would like to purchase this plan can someone give me any tips or idea on why I am experiencing this problem it would greatly be appreciated thanks. showler
Credit card's not processing properly is usually a result of a browser extension interfering with the page or a problem with the banking service itself. Almost nothing of the actual payment transaction is handled by the Nexus or on their website. It's all on the bank's/payment processor's page. The second post is simply nonsense by someone who doesn't understand how payments work. Best advice for you is to try disabling extensions, use a browser without extensions and/or try again later when your bank might be working properly.
