AGS Omake Hairset Collection

I have been looking for this mod for a long time and I could not find one that is compatible for the English OS. Does anyone know where it is?

If you got the hair meshes(these hairs are mostly derived Ren's, so you don't need to try to get textures if you have Ren's), you can make plugin for this.

 

**Although AGS permitted modifying it and re-distributing it(with credit), you cannot upload it here by the author's wish.

 

AGS Hairset Readme.txt:

This "Readme.txt" is written in Japanese.

 

If you cannot read it unfortunately, you could try translation service or ask someone

translate it into your native tongue.

 

I do not want to distribute this mod widely. So do not upload this mod to popular site.

( ex. "TES NEXUS", or "Planet Elder Scrolls" )

 

This mod is made from other mods which have some restriction in modification or redistribution.

Have you by chance looked at the newest XEO mod? It has plenty of hairs by AGS, though I think it's hosted on a FileFront mirror.

LFact, does AGS really have rights to say how a derivative of Ren's is being used when Ren's has always been a use with credit? Somebody please tell me because this has been a sore spot ever since you brought it up with my mod months ago and never bothered to show me the full readmes. It doesn't matter to me now, as the hairs I previously had in my mod are no longer there, but it's just a thought considering that I myself would never say someone could not use something I merely edited and did not create from scratch, such as the Gothic Breton body textures.

 

I wasn't going to name you as the one who initially caused me to pull MHE months ago but here you are still telling everybody the rules of the game.

 

Moderators, don't worry. I shall not continue this, but it's been a sore spot festering for months and I needed to say something briefly.

Yes but then you go around saying "Excuse me, but you can't do this" instead of something more diplomatic like "I'm concerned about this mod because it says this in the readme.." (Not just with this, but in many of your replies.) Instead, how about just giving people the facts without the judgement call? The way you put it makes it sound like you're policing what everyone can and cannot do.

 

Once people know the content of the readme it's ultimately up to them and the moderators.

 

Regardless, I've said my piece and am done with this particular discussion.

I also found the hairs on a Russian site just now. There's no plugin, so you'd have to add them manually. This thread may help you figure out how to do it. http://thenexusforums.com/index.php?showtopic=124333&hl=

To Lfact: Yes, I know Ren's hair all too well. I just think there are some AGS hairs that have features that Rens doesn't have. By the way, I have found the 2chan one. Does that work for the english os? I thought it was only compatible for the Japanese OS.

If the plugin is in Japanese, it may not work well with other language version. And, AGS hairs use Ren's textures(usually without any modification).
