Unable to start Point Lookout

Are you using a modified timescale? If so, reset it to 30 and try again. You can use a modified timescale for subsequent trips but not the first one.

Which stat do we check to know if the timescale is messed with?

 

 

I can go the riverboat and "rest" on the cot. After that my character is basically "stuck" and Tobar just keeps saying "welcome aboard".

My load order:

What is that Warzone.esm? IF I remember correctly, it's a mod that turn certain areas into battlezones full of spawns to fight each other (and player to fight with). If so that's the problematic one.

 

PLO is very high demand, so Warzone or the likes will push it through the roof.
