goacbc
We should make a mod where every house in game is buyable and you can decorate it and customize it. Then you can sell it or put it up for rent. And if the house has an quest NPC he will just move into an apartment complex(we could build). Any thoughts or suggestions anyone? P.S. If there already is one please let me know. axle12693
I think that's a great idea. I'd like to have a couple hundred houses....It would definitely take a while, though. Maybe get several people to work on it at once.

Slawter500
Getting rid of the trespassing shouldn't be to difficult, Just make it a public area in CS, and making them buyable isnt to tough, It'd take awhile due to how many houses are being converted, I wouldnt move quest NPC's if i were you, its never a good idea to move quest NPCs, even ifyou were to put them somewhere else, It could lead them to walking into a tree while trying to get back to where they were before. It could be done..
Ranokoa
console commands will simply allow the player to artificially own everything, even if the NPC in question still lives there, you can technically transfer ownership on everything.
LFact
However, you will need to replace all respawning containers to non-respawning ones(Reneer's container mod may make any container non-respawn when you input your item in the container..). And for customizing house, you have to deal with pathgrid(without pathgrid, NPCs won't move to anywhere, and when pathgrid is set wrong, NPCs may try to pass through wall or furnitures).
