Fallout 4 Vortex help.

I am new to modding. I downloaded this FO4 collection and everything did download, but the last thing will not. I get a message saying failed to install dependency. An error message that looks like this. EPERM: operation not permitted, stat 'C:\Users\cdelg\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\downloads\fallout4\SettlementMenuManagerMainFile-24204-0-1-7-1593282850.7z'

more than likely you didn't download a Requirements from Nexus, always make sure you check the tab on the main screen of a mod for any requirement. I have that mod and i dont remember but you might need F4SE which is something you can get from Vortex or look it up yourself, it IS its own webpage and it DOES look sketchy the first time you see it but i assure you its 100 safe and its what carries 99.9% of Fo4 mods

You don't have permission to access the file in the error.

 

Try manually deleting it and download it again.
