SunshineBlind Posted April 15, 2023 Posted April 15, 2023 (edited) So I just reinstalled Fallout 4 and F4SE and went to install a few mods (about 45) that I wanted to try out. I do as I always do with MO2 and download with that manager, install the mod and activate it. Then I start the game and... Literally not a single one of my mods is in the game. I start with F4SE through MO2 as I should, and everything looks like it should to my mind, but they're just not there. Also if I sort the mods with LOOT the mods just won't show up, it only opts for the default DLCs and such and messes up the rest. What can I do to fix this?https://imgur.com/a/gbnFXpM Edited April 15, 2023 by SunshineBlind
HeyYou Posted April 15, 2023 Posted April 15, 2023 Not familiar with MO2, as I have never used it... but, in the right hand section, the "Mod Index" field is empty. Is that correct???
SunshineBlind Posted April 15, 2023 Author Posted April 15, 2023 It is not, those are the numbers furthest to the right.
HeyYou Posted April 15, 2023 Posted April 15, 2023 Ah, OK. Can't see the column delineation that well in the screenshot. :) (yeah, need my reading glasses.) It all *looks* right.... Did you start the game once BEFORE installing any mods? (need to generate the ini files, check your hardware, etc, at first startup.) Does MO2 automagically handle enabling mods in the fallout ini files??
SunshineBlind Posted April 15, 2023 Author Posted April 15, 2023 I did, and it should... It seems like a restart of the computer solved it though for some reason. :O
