Issue with RECONNRESET errors out of the blue

I am very sorry if this has already been asked, but I am slightly losing my mind over this. I have been doing just fine for the past month, but yesterday a sudden issue began when Vortex was having trouble logging me in. I didn't think much of it and attempted to log back in but then this error began and simply won't stop. It has effectively broken the collections of many of my games and is now all but useless; that is to say Vortex now refuses to do anything.

I have done so many different things involving my IP to try and fix this. I have tested many other sites and pinged a whooooole lot today. Vortex is the only one that is consistently having this issue, and I can reproduce it without fail.

I truly am at a loss and would really appreciate some help. I have tried to add firewall exceptions, I have tried to take down my firewall, and I have straight up just stopped any and all AV. I don't know what caused this!

EDIT: I forgot a few details, I apologize. I am on version 1.7.8 of Vortex. It happens on every game, and currently no mods installed at all because Vortex will no longer let me do anything. I also meant Econnreset but flustered me botched the title.

That error means something is interrupting Vortex when it tries to talk to our server.

 

This is most often caused by local security/firewall apps on your PC.
