Switch
Um... I thought yoghurt was a kind of soured milk. The stage before it turns into cream... :P This is hardly spam if there's a point to it! The meaning of yoghurt is an important topic. :D
CrazyGilbert
Yeah, I know. Imagine if there was no name for yogurt people would be like "Mom can I have some bacterial culture infested sour milk?"
Switch
Yes... methinks it would lose some popularity if it was called that. :D
Bullet_shrapnel
And yet, bottles of liquid bacteria are available to buy and drink. Hmm.
Stanhead
Buttermilk is delicious. Then again, like Marmite, you either love it or hate it. I love it. It may just be a Russian thing, but Kefir is one of the nicest things I've ever tasted.
draighox
Well, I hate buttermilk, but I like kefir. It has to be cold though. What about milk, do you guys like it? I hate it.

Switch
Milk is great... though I don't have it in great abundance. Usually once a day with breakfast. But I'm crazy about cheese. Cheese goes with anything. :P

Malchik
Cow juice is fine on cornflakes but I can't take it neat. I sometimes dilute it with coffee but more often I take my coffee diluted with hot water. Sadly I am allergic to uncooked cheese though not to the cooked form for some reason. My downfall however is cream - double, clotted, extra-thick.... mmmmmmmm! I used to eat frozen yoghurt a lot. Are the bacteria dead or is the freezing cryogenic?
