Oblivion mod question

Dear Nexus Mods community,

 

Thank you for taking the time to read my message.

I was just wondering if anyone knew of a type of mod for Oblivion where you could replace a certain types of enemies with enemies that you wished to fight?

 

For example, instead of fighting any Bandits in the game, they would all be Zombies for instance.
