How to troubleshoot mods

I ran into some graphical bugs with some of my Warband mods. I installed vortex to manage them and I wanna know how I can use vortex to troubleshoot the mods and fix the problem. so farI have the mods installed in the Vortex system so it sees them as "active"

Best thing you can do is disable mods in batches until the problem goes away, then re-enable them one-by-one until the problem returns. That will tell you what caused it.

What do u mean by "in batches"? and by "disable" what exactly do you mean?

Disable them in Vortex, deploy the changes, start the game.
