No more i can use "disable" when clicked actors.

Hello everyone. For few months i cannot disable many actors. If you really need example, frost troll at the outside of the Dawnstar.

I was able to click on the actors and remove them with "disable" command but now i have realized i cannot disable them. I can kill, reposition but i cannot disable.

Any advices?

The problem probably comes from a mod. Disable a bunch of mods, check if the problem remains etc and you should find the culprit.
