A similar issue was described here. It seems like the most recent Vortex update does not support Windows 7 operating systems.

To my knowledge, there is currently no official fix for this. It was recommended that you try using a previous version of Vortex - only the most recent update lost Windows 7 support.

Update: In the thread I linked, a Nexus Admin named Pickysaurus confirmed that the framework elements of Vortex no longer support Windows 7 builds.

As alternatives, Pickysaurus advised to look for another mod manager that supports Windows 7 operating systems. They also said that you could use an older build of Vortex, but that it isn't recommended.

I can confirm, Vortex no longer supports Windows 7. The latest version of Electron (and Chromium) that Vortex uses will not run on Windows 7 or 8 and has a minimum requirement of Windows 10.

You can try using an old build of Vortex (not recommend) or see if there's a mod manager out there that still supports the older OS.
