ENOENT error on Vortex

Hello,

 

I hope everyone there is doing well.

 

I'm playing on Skyrim SE (1.5.97 version).

 

My issue started after I unistalled completely Skyrim and Vortex due to an issue I got.

 

Then, after I installed Vortex with the new version sorted this month, I got this issue :

I hope you can help me out to solve the issue. I understand what the issue means but I don't know how to solve it and how it comes.

In theory, just restarting Vortex will fix this. That file is downloaded from GitHub on startup. Are you in a country where GitHub is blocked?

Hi, I tried to un-install and re-install vortex, It didn't work. It is the same issue even If i restart the whole application again and again.

 

Anyway, I'm from Lebanon and I'm able to surf on all GitHub sites.

I actually have the same issue. And I have checked to make sure I'm not being a spanner to see if there file really does exist. The masterlist does indeed exist, in fact all of my games have a masterlist but Vortex is acting as if it isn't there. Restarting hasn't helped the situation. I am using Windows 11. Has anyone figured out how to fix this issue? I keep on trying to search Google to see if anyone has found a solution, yet I'm left empty handed. I tried uninstalling and installing it multiple times after I initially, only wanted to move it to another disk. (due to space issue) Now I also have this Enoent issue. Even though all files exit in the master file. 

Github is also not unblocked in my country.

Please, if anyone has found a solution to this issue, tell me.
