FabFour
I think the tombs was the most scary places, I've never feared Dwemer or Daedric ruins.....I never liked that whispering sound inside the tombs, especially when I knew that a greater bonewalker could be right around the corner
Shakkara
True, those voices are creepy as well and some of the monsters sure know how to scare you. I don't know what it is with Dwemer stuff, probably the noise, and those rusty metal rooms just aren't very comforting either...

Guest
yeah tomb are pretty damn scary, when you walk around a corner and some ghost just happens to be there, i have done that and jumped a couple times. but hey it was late at night so i can't blame myself for being creeped out, and on the dwemer ruins there is those little metal spiders that sound creepy while walking down the halls. miltonic
Dwemer Ruins can be scary. Last night I wandered into a Ruin that was infested with vampires. I'm pretty good at stealth, so i'd sneak up to them trying for a critical damge hit. It would be deathly quiet, they'd just stand there witht their back to me. Sometimes they would sense me and immediatley turn around and run at me, they look freaky and are so fast, it gets my adrenaline pumping. I'm a level 20 Imperial, with full steel set and some Daedric, but some of those vamps still tear me to shreds. I like to play with all the lights off, which only adds to the tension. Darmoth
I was coming back up some steps in the blades related Dwemer Ruins, and damn if all of the sudden I didn't see a Dwemer Ghost and scream like a woman in a slasher flick.
bass
one tip of advice for trying to find the dwemer box, if you find your self surrounded by dwemer robots, your to deep in the ruins, if you can handle the thieves in the begining of the d. ruins than you can handle everything that stands in the way of the box. ps dont worry about slimy monsters until sommone in the quest says corpus, thats when your quest takes you to the slimy guys
bass
oh yeah, and some dwemer ruins are a little creepy, but not the one neer balmora, at least if you dont go to deep... but dwemer ruins have better loot than tombs, i explored a sunken dwemer out post in a grotto near the southern most island of morrowind and had to do some running arround in there to find some kyes, but i ended up with a cuirass that was worth 180000 and had 100% resist fire constant efect, dont go looking for it unless you have a couple of potions/scrolls of water breathing, or you are an argonian, its wet in there..
