CyberGama
I've put Blockhead.dll in Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plugins, I launched the game but Blockhead.ini wasn't created, I'm using a Steam Deck and had no issues modding Oblivion, but this is giving me a lot of issues Update: I had to click on the obse loader and it finally created Blockhead.ini More update: the game still thinks I haven't installed blockhead even though I did everything correct, not sure if I should continue to use Oblivion Character Overhaul or not. Striker879
For Blockhead to work (and thus OCO v2) the game must be started with OBSE support working (I.e. the same way you got the Blockhead.ini created).
RomanR
If you're using more OBSE plugins, are they working? However with googling I found that launching Oblivion via running obse_loader.exe shouldn't be necessary, you just need to enable "Enable Steam Community In-Game" box in Steam settings and with launching Oblivion through Steam or straight Oblivion.exe should run OBSE too. It's also possible that Blockhead isn't compatible with your version of OBSE you're using, sometime it happens. Another problem can be within SteamOS (SteamOS is Linux based, so it must use some sort of emulation for Win games).
