Does that crash only happen in cells (or nearby) with Power Armor NPCs?

 

If so you can try disable Titan of New West to see if it improved.

No its purely only primm ill disable the mod and retest it and edit my post to see if that was it

 

Edit: that wasn't it still crashing when entering primm from any direction or trying to teleport in, im not good with fnv edit but ill give it a shot too look at what conflicts are going on maybe it has something to do with AWOP and Mojave raiders i heard even with the patch installed there could still be issues

I figured it out Better New vegas was conflicting with AWOP even with the patch installed i went through the fnvedit and tried to fix what i could but couldnt fix the crashing so i just removed it and to be honest i dont completely remember what was installed ive had the mods for awhile and i think im around 270 in all

The reason I dont normally suggest any load order list with that high number of mods is the hellish difficulty of diagnosing which mods cause what.

With 270 mods, good f*#@ing luck try to find out which mess with what~
