White transparent thing on ground after Kill Moves

So, this thing appears every time after I execute a kill move.

If it happens I can get rid of it by saving, reloading an earlier save, and then loading the new save again.
Also it is not just a spell effect stuck under my feet. I tried the fixes for that problem and it did not work.

In third person it loos like on the pic above and in first person I can also see it on the ground under my character.

 

I'm guessing it has something to do with my enb mod. Currently I'm using ENB 0.241 with Project ENB Complete for CoT.

Maybe you guys have an Idea how I can fix this.

EDIT I think Wet and Cold Mod is the trigger for this. But I dont know how to fix it. I`d really like to use this mod.

I deleted these as a test. No progress. White rectangle-thingy all the time.

are you sure you dont have any adult mods running? because this looks to me like your character had to much fun with the body after killing it...on a serious not does an item ever appear in there I think this may be a an item drop on death zone which is supposed to be opaque and you are running a mod that modifies its inate opacity...just a thought
