Adding collection from Nexus does nothing within Vortex

EDIT: I can't download anything from Nexus when using the Mod Manager download button

 

When I add a collection from Nexus a green tick shows to say It's done but nothing appears in Vortex. I get no errors no nothing. Nothing shows in the collections tab either. I have reinstalled Vortex. The game is a fresh isntall with no mods and I have laucnhed it for the first time. This happens with every single game I simply can't add collections. I also have Nexus Premium. Anyone any ideas?

This is almost certainly a browser problem.
