ThomicStridon79
I have all three creation kit related files installed and under the skyrim game directory. However, when using the creation kit and looking into the object window, it doesn't show the "show only active (*) forms". Did I do something wrong, or can someone help figure out what the meaning of this?
IsharaMeradin
That filter field is used to filter what objects are shown in the window. For example, many of the records in my mods have abim as a prefix. Thus I can enter abim in the filter field and only those records will show up within the various categories. If there is an option to "show only active (*) forms", I have not seen it.

IsharaMeradin
I did look at your screen shot. All that is on there is the filter field with an S in it and a brief bit of the categories on the left side of the Object Window. I saw the S in the filter field and you stated that it did not "show only active (*) forms". Those two things made me think that you had tried to use the filter field as a search bar for some obscure command that I never heard about. What is it that we are supposed to get from that small segment of the Creation Kit? Can you elaborate a bit more? Perhaps explain what you expect to see versus what you are seeing. I did not mean to add in the "s", let alone search for it. What I'm expecting to see is what is normally supposed to be there. Under where it says "files", there is supposed to be a text that says hence the title. There is also supposed to be a small checkbox next to it. scorrp10
He is talkin about this field. Super mega convenient. I got CK SSE with Creation Kit Fixes installed. If you never seen it, I seriously got no idea what sort of ancient CK version you got. I mean, I have an Oldrim (LE) install as well, and also the 32-bit CK for it, and that ancient version does not have that checkbox.
IsharaMeradin
That must come with Creation Kit Fixes. I do not have that installed. And thus why I would never have seen or heard of it.

Problem is that I have the current up to date version. I have seen that thing before and it is exactly what I'm after.

It comes with the fixes files. But I don't have it for whatever dumb reason.
7531Leonidas
Do you have the Creation Kit Fixes Update ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/71371 ) installed as well? That checkbox shows up in the images for that mod. The Unofficial Creation Kit Patch ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/41195 ) did not show the checkbox.
