Vortex plugin extension

I know this question was asked and answered at 2am today, but I am still having this problem and the pinned post isn't helping. I am new to PC gaming and new to modding, so I already did try to do what was in the pinned "Common Solutions" post. I uninstalled and reinstalled vortex, I installed the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable, I have no security apps messing with vortex (that I know of (I don't know how to check for that)). Vortex was working fine a couple of days ago, and then this pop-up started appearing when I opened Vortex today. Please help.
