It's weird because im only having issues with just one mod, everything has downloaded fine except for:

Everytime i try to download it either manually or through the manager it ALWAYS stops at 1.4Gb and its only this mod, catch is i cant use any other mod unless i have this one. Every other mod has downloaded with no issue.

 

UPDATE i fixed it. For anyone else that may encounter the same problem: I changed my download settings to Chicago instead of CDN and downloaded it via Vortex

If your downloads cut out at an arbitrary size that's usually caused by an ISP limit. If you have access to a download manager (or if ME3Tweaks supports it) you could try multi-threading the download.

 

You can also do this in Vortex (but you must use ME3Tweaks to actually install it once you have the file).
