buddah Posted June 17, 2009 Share Posted June 17, 2009 When you create the file page, prior to uploading anything. There is an option to disable ratings/comments, you will see disable ratings, and disable comments, if you have either one or both set to disable when you hit the submit button at the bottom. They are disabled and cannot be re-enabled by anyone. It is a one time option, comments and ratings are allowed by default, if they are disabled you did it at the time you created the page. If you are unsure. try to mouse over the information icon for the option on the page and it will tell you about the feature.
