Issues with authentication

Hello,

since yesterday I have issues with Vortex (1.8.5). Before yesterday it worked absolutely fine, didn't change anything. But now it does not want to authenticate/log me in. When I click on authenticate it opens the browser, I click on authorize and it tells me that it worked and Vortex is logged in. In Vortex is a popup that probably awaits response from the website (rotating "windows circle"), but nothing happens. When I say "authenticate with token", either I'll get that token and copy it into Vortex and nothing happens after pressing "save" OR I don't get a token at all, skipping it, and giiving me that "Vortex successfully logged in" statement.

I disabled firewall and such things that could block or interfere with the traffic, tried Chrome and Edge, switched the standard browser disabled all plugins from the browser. Uninstalled Vortex, installed the version before, installed the newest version, nothing worked.

When I start Vortex I get three errors:

1. Authentication failed, please log in again.

2. Failed to update Masterlist
Network connection closed unexpectedly.
3. Checking for update failed
This was probably a temporary network problem, please try again later.
OS is Windows 11.
I hope you can help me out to get this problem resolved!

I have disabled the firewall, restarted Windows and also did a reset of my internet connection. I restarted my router. None of that did work. When I check on the network monitor from Kaspersky Internet Security there's no network activity by Vortex. When I check in the logfiles of the firewall, it moved Vortex to the group of "trustworthy programs".

The only thing that I changed is installing Windows update KB5027303.

The interesting thing is, everything works except Vortex.

Any idea what it could cause it or what I could try? Because I'm out of ideas.

€dit: I found it. Was the Antivirus part of Kaspersky Internet Security. Disabled it and the authentication worked. Strange...
