Vortex will not load

I am using the current version of Vortex on Win11, and have already uninstall/reinstalled it and get the same results. When I open Vortex it opens to "Loading Extensions" and never progresses beyond that point. Any recommendations on how to fix this?

Might be a Windows permissions access issue on some directory where files (maybe where some extensions) are. Are you logged into an account with Admin permissions? Or have you tried running the game (the .exe file) "run as Admin"?

Try renaming the %appdata%\Vortex folder to something else and see if it starts up. If it works, your Vortex state (the internal settings and database) was corrupted.
