[SSE] Recruit/Hire The Companions earlier?

Like the title says. I'm either blind, can't read, or I can't just find a simple mod that allows members of the Companions to be hired or recruitable earlier. All I can find are complete entire overhauls of the companions themselves and Jorrvaskr, (I'm just really not interested in those)

 

There can even be quest triggers (absolutely not necessary but hey)

 

After completing For Honor, you can: recruit any of the lesser members (Including Vignar)

 

After completing The Silver Hand, you can: recruit members from The Circle (and even Kodlak)

 

After completing Glory of The Dead, members will have: the usual Harbinger dialogue.

Companions are nothing special in terms of being followers. If you just want them recruit-able earlier, most follower frameworks (i.e. AFT) have an option for making am NPCs into a follower.
